Betreuer und Verantwortliche aus dem Handballsport,
herzlich willkommen zum 2. Sportorthopädischen Symposium in der 3 Flüsse Stadt Hann. Münden. Seit der ersten Veranstaltung sind mittlerweile 5 Jahre vergangen.
Mit dem Frühling und dem Wunsch nach Fitness und Aktivitäten wird in der ärztlichen Sprechstunde täglich gefragt, welche Form und Intensität der Bewegung sinnvoll und was für den Patienten in der Vorbereitung zu beachten ist.
Was sollte medizinisch vorab untersucht und geklärt werden?
Was bedeutet eine sinnvolle Trainingsvorbereitung & -steuerung?
Ist Sport bei künstlichen Gelenken möglich?
Welche chirurgischen Möglichkeiten bestehen bei Verletzungen?
Fragen, die wir vom Zentrum für Orthopädische Chirurgie (ZOC) helfen wollen, im Rahmen dieser Veranstaltung zu beantworten. Wir wollen, dass Sie Ihre Patienten bei diesen Situationen qualifiziert beraten können.
Im Rahmen der nachmittags stattfindenden Seminare möchten wir Informationen für Handballtrainer, Betreuer und Verantwortliche aus dem Handballsport oder anderen Mannschaftssportarten anbieten, wie die nächste Saisonvorbereitung erfolgreich und verletzungsarm geplant werden kann.
Das zweite Seminar soll Ärzte und ihre medizinischen Fachangestellten aus allen Fachgebieten ansprechen, ihre Patienten für geplante chirurgische Eingriffe zu beraten und Praktisches zu erfahren, was es bedeutet, eine Gelenkprothese zu implantieren, arthroskopische Operationstechniken durchzuführen und orthopädietechnische Hilfsmittel wie Bandagen und Orthesen korrekt am Patienten anzulegen.
Ein besonderes Anliegen ist es uns, auf die Veranstaltung am Freitag Abend hinzuweisen, während der Ihnen im Rahmen einer indischen Freundschaft und Kooperation Bilder und Eindrücke einer ganz anderen, faszinierenden Welt offeriert werden.

Welcome to the 2nd Sport Orthopedics Symposium in the beautiful town of Hann-Muenden. Five years have passed since the first edition of this event was held here.
Physicians will know that spring is the time of year when the desire for fitness and activities prompts many of their patients to inquire about which form and intensity of physical exercise makes sense and what they should take into consideration in the preparation phase.
What should be examined in advance under consideration of medical aspects?
What is required for reasonable preparation and monitoring of training programs?
Is sport possible with artificial joints?
What surgical options are there to remedy injuries?
These are questions that we at the Center for Orthopedic Surgery (ZOC) want to find answers for in the scope of this symposium. We want to help you to be able to give your patients competent and qualified advice in these particular situations.
At the afternoon seminar, we would like to present information for handball coaches, team attendants and officials in handball sports or other team sports on how to prepare successfully for the next season and how to reduce the risks of sports injuries.
The second seminar is aimed at physicians and their specialized staff in all medical sectors, to qualify these to advise their patients about planned surgical operations and for them to learn in practical terms what it means to implant a joint prosthesis, to perform arthroscopic operations and to properly apply orthopedic auxiliaries and aids such as bandages and ortheses to their patients.
We‘d like to draw your attention to the event on Friday evening, where you will learn and experience more about an entirely different and fascinating world in the scope of an Indian friendship and cooperation program.
